With the original 3-Port Hellfire now 8 years old, and the family having grown to include the Hellfire 2P, the Hellfire LFS, and the Hellfire Match, along with a serious family of suppressor mounts, there was always something Area 419 wanted to make. Now, it’s time. This is the Hellfire Ti.

CNC Milled right here in Ohio with a Grade 5 6Al-4V Titanium main body, the Hellfire Ti is built for your hunting rifle, with the performance you’d expect on your Match rifle.

Features

• Available in 30, 40, and 50 cal variants, to accommodate common hunting cartridges up to and including 450 Bushmaster and 50 Beowulf
• Stainless Steel collar for greater mounting strength and durability
• 2.8oz in 30cal (brake body and collar) – 30% lighter than the Hellfire OG
• 1.1″ port diameter (27% more braking surface than the Hellfire OG)
• Brake assembly will add 2.5″ from the thread shoulder (approx 1.9″ added to OAL of barrel)
• Gray Titanium anodize, reducing glare
• Flatter first port to reduce blast
• Progressive upper port geometry to control muzzle flip
• Patented Hellfire Mount system, for great versatility

Caliber Selection

• For these brakes, caliber selection is simple.
• If your rifle is a 30-cal rifle (or smaller) you select the “.30 and Under” option. This includes 308, 300 RUM, 30-06. 300 Win Mag, etc – or ANYTHING smaller (7mm, 6.5mm, etc.).
• If your rifle is 40 cal or smaller (but larger than 30 cal) you should select the “.40 and Under” option. This would include 338s, 357/9mm, etc.
• If your rifle is 50 cal or smaller (but larger than 40 cal) you should select the “.50 and Under” option. This would include 458s, 45/70, etc. This brake IS NOT RATED FOR 50 BMG.
