Their design features a rim to slide under the clips on headsets like Howard Leight® Impact Sport plus a non-permanent, pressure-sensitive adhesive for a much more secure fit and peel + stick compatibility with their optional snap-in plastic adapter plates to fit headsets from dozens of manufacturers. This model is also compatible with any headset that utilizes oval pads that are 4" tall x 3" wide and allow users to peel off / remove their original pads and apply new adhesive-backed pads. Their gel ear pads are 0.625" thick.

Noisefighters is in no way affiliated with 3M Peltor® (or any other headset manufacturer) and they have not been involved in the development, manufacturing, labeling, testing, or certification of any Noisefighters products. 3M Peltor has stated that modifying their headsets may negatively impact sound attenuation and it makes the 40 CF 211 Subpart B noise reduction rating inapplicable.
