The RS AK-300 system pairs a "lower" mount that attaches to the side rail of a Kalashnikov pattern (AK-47, AK-74, AKM, or in this case Yugo M21 or PAP ) rifle with an "upper" mount that interfaces with a specific optic model. This system makes it possible to securely – and precisely – mount popular AR-15 tactical optics on an AK platform rifle.
This Yugo Lower Optic Mount fits the side rail on Yugo and Serbian pattern rifles, including the Zastava M21, PAP, NPAP and OPAP. It must be paired up with the "upper" mount for your particular optic – sold separately. RS offers the Yugo lower mount in two configurations: AK-306M fits rifles with a front-biased lower rail, while the AK-307M fits rifles with a full-length lower rail.
Once matched with an upper mount, the Yugo lower optic mount allows the user to adjust both the over-bore height and front-to-back position of the optic to ensure it is placed for perfect eye relief and a comfortable head position.

Yes. Non-hazardous reloading equipment (dies, case length trimmers, gauges, and unprimed brass) ships via standard ground carriers with no extra fees. Any orders containing smokeless powders or primers will incur standard federal HazMat handling fees and cannot be shipped via air transportation.
Precision reloading gear is valuable, so all orders are shipped with tracking enabled. As soon as your package is dispatched from our inventory warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can monitor your shipment directly on our Track Order page using your unique Order ID.
We accept returns on unused, unaltered tools, case preparation equipment, and unopened component boxes within 30 days of item delivery. Due to safety and strict quality control on the reloading bench, we absolutely cannot accept returns on opened packs of primers, smokeless powder, or processed brass casings.
